The NDIS sets the price for plan management services in their Price Guide, and every plan manager charges the same rate whether you’re in the Sydney CBD, Western Sydney, or a country town. Some Sydney participants worry that because the city has higher living costs, plan management might cost more, but that’s not how it works. Your plan management funding is separate from your other supports, and it doesn’t come out of your pocket regardless. The cost is identical whether you’re in Bondi or Bourke.
Absolutely, and this is actually where plan management really shines. If you split your time between Sydney and regional NSW, plan management travels with you. We process invoices and track budgets for providers wherever they are. You could see a physio in Sydney, a support worker in Newcastle, and attend programs in the Blue Mountains, and we’ll handle all the payments seamlessly. Because most of our service is delivered remotely via app, email and phone, your location doesn’t matter.
