Yes, you can change your NDIS plan manager at any time during your plan, as long as plan management is included in your current NDIS plan. You don’t need permission from the NDIA to make the switch, and you won’t need to wait until your plan review. How long does switching NDIS plan managers take?
Switching is immediate! There is no need to wait for funds to be transferred, and your support services or provider payments won’t be impacted or delayed at all.
What happens to unpaid invoices when I change plan managers?
When you change to NDIS Superhero we will take care of all your invoices – including invoices you have from before your switch date. You just need to let your providers know to send their invoices directly to us at invoice@ndissuperhero.com.au.
It’s important to let your providers know about the change in plan managers so they can send future invoices to the correct place.
Are there any fees for changing NDIS plan managers?
